Cerveza Artesana Crafted en Madrid.

Ubicados en Alcobendas, Cevecera Península es una fábrica familiar dedicada a elaborar cervezas artesanas con sabor y sin límites, en un espacio donde la libertad creativa y la innovación hacen todo posible. Cuenta con unas instalaciones inspiradas en una Fábrica de Cerveza Artesana Americana y un Tap Room que permite degustar y observar el proceso desde cerca. Quienes la visiten vivirán la experiencia y podrán conectarse con el proceso de elaboración que hay detrás de una cerveza artesana.

Iniciamos con cuatro estilos de cervezas típicos de la Costa Oeste de Estados Unidos con ingredientes provenientes directamente de Estados Unidos y Europa.

Somos una empresa moderna y eficiente, a pesar de utilziar los métodos tradicionales de preparación y respetar siempre los tiempos de fermentación y reposo que sean necesarios en cada cerveza, sin añadir sustancias ni químicos que aceleren el proceso.

Cervecera Peninsula is the endeavor of father and son and the materialization of a dream by sharing their passion for the American West Coast beers and the essence of the craft beer movement. In our beers, we try to blend the experiences we had in our years living in Colorado at the beginning of the craft beer movement in the USA, and the knowledge acquired by our Head Brewer in his brewing studies in UC Davis, California.
