Península Entre Amigos (w/Full Circle)

This West Coast IPA, a collaboration with California’s Full Circle Brewing Company, delivers a punchy and aromatic experience. The inclusion of Simcoe provides a classic foundation of resinous pine and grapefruit, while Bru-1 introduces vibrant pineapple and stone fruit notes. The innovative HBC 630 adds a unique layer of sweet cherry, raspberry, and creamy peach. Together, these hops create a complex tropical and coniferous bouquet over a lean, crackery malt base. Crisp and firmly bitter, the beer finishes exceptionally dry, highlighting the clean fermentation and the aggressive yet balanced hop profile characteristic of the American IPA style.
