Cervezas Arriaca

Arriaca es una microcervecería artesana situada en Yunquera de Henares (Guadalajara). Debe su nombre al asentamiento celtíbero que precedió a la ciudad de Guadalajara.

Filosofía - Arriaca crea cervezas auténticas y originales, elaboradas con paciencia y respeto por el proceso. Sin artificios, sin añadidos. El mimo, el cuidado y la paciencia son los responsables de los colores, aromas, sabores y texturas de una gama de cervezas artesanas hechas para disfrutar con los cinco sentidos.

Ingredientes - Sólo productos naturales y sólo los necesarios para elaborar cerveza: Agua, malta, lúpulo y levadura. Ni más, ni menos.

Proceso - En Arriaca somos fieles y respetuosos con el proceso original de elaboración de cerveza heredado de nuestros ancestros. Mimo, cuidado y paciencia son las claves. Es la cerveza la que dicta sus tiempos, no nosotros. No añadimos elementos que aceleren el macerado, no realizamos procesos fisico-químicos para acortar la fermentación, no añadimos abrillantadores para clarificar la cerveza, ni colorantes, ni estabilizantes, ni conservantes. No pasteurizamos nuestra cerveza. Por eso es un producto vivo, organolépticamente complejo y rico en matices que evolucionan en el tiempo.

Carbonatación Natural - La actual normativa permite carbonatar la cerveza inyectando CO2 artificial. Nuestras cervezas no llevan gas inyectado. La carbonatación de nuestras cervezas es el generada durante la fermentación natural del mosto. Por eso el carbónico está integrado en la cerveza y por eso sienta tan bien. Y por eso no llena, no infla y no genera sensación de pesadez.

I+D+I: Variedad y Creatividad - Durante décadas, el panorama cervecero nacional ha estado acaparado por grandes corporaciones y la cerveza degradada a la condición de simple refresco, plano, sin aroma, sin sabor.
Si existen innumerables estilos de cerveza, ¿por qué limitarse siempre a lo mismo, a lo convencional?. Arriaca apuesta desde sus inicios por una cultura cervecera creativa y de calidad, donde la variedad es una virtud. Y por eso estamos en continua investigación, trabajando sobre nuevas ideas, conceptos y recetas. No en vano, Arriaca es la primera microcervecería española que ofrece sus productos en lata.

Premios y reconocimientos - Tenemos el honor de haber obtenido en tan breve espacio de tiempo importantes reconocimientos nacionales e internacionales como las dos medallas de oro obtenidas en el Barcelona Beer Festival 2016 con nuestras variedades Trigo y Centeno, la medalla de Plata en la Craft Beer Cup de Dublín 2016 para nuestra variedad IPA, sendas medallas para las variedades Centeno, IPA y Porter en el World Beer Idol 2016 celebrado en Praga (República Checa), medalla de bronce para la Porter en el Bruselss Beer Challenge 2015 celebrado en Bélgica, el premio a la mejor cerveza en el certamen internacional Craft Beer Madrid 2014 y el Premio a la mejor IPA española 2016 organizado por el periódico ABC.

Its beers can be found in hundreds of establishments throughout Spain, be they shops, specialised shops, breweries, bars and restaurants. But Arriaca has also reached markets beyond our borders, especially in European countries and in the Asian market..

As part of its continuous innovation strategy, the Guadalajara brand became the first craft brewery in Europe to incorporate the tangential filtering system, applied to some of its varieties.

Philosophy

Its philosophy is clear: to originate and create a craft product according to the original brewing process. No rush, no tricks.

No less important is the outstanding link it maintains with its land, and not only as shown by its very name, Arriaca, the Celtiberian settlement that gave rise to Guadalajara, but also in the use of the excellent raw materials offered by this region, with special interest in the water of the Sorbe river, with exceptional qualities for brewing beer at its brewery located in the municipality of Yunquera de Henares (Guadalajara).
