This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile defined by its innovative sequential fermentation, transitioning from ale to lager stages. The nose is greeted by high-intensity aromas of tropical and stone fruits, a direct result of massive dry hopping and yeast-driven biotransformation. On the palate, it delivers a silky, luscious texture with dominant notes of mango, peach, and citrus zest. Despite the hop-forward character, the bitterness is notably restrained and smooth.
