La Compañía cervecera del Montseny nace con la voluntad de ofrecer una cerveza artesana de la máxima calidad: nuestras cervezas son Artesanales Integralesy Naturales.

Somos una micro cervecería con una capacidad productiva de 3.000 litros en cada elaboración. Mediante el sistema de elaboración tradicional inglés (con maceración por el método de infusión simple), el proceso productivo es prácticamente manual, con las mecanizaciones básicas imprescindibles. Debido a éstas singulares características de elaboración, se producen Cervezas Artesanales.

Nuestras cervezas contienen los ingredientes contemplados en la Ley alemana de la pureza (Reinheitsgebot) de 1.516: agua (del Montseny), malta (de cebada y de trigo), lúpulo y levadura. Por lo tanto elaboramos Cervezas Integrales debido a sus ingredientes.

En la cervecera del Montseny envasamos Cervezas naturales , sin filtrar ni pasteurizar. El gas carbónico lo genera de forma natural la levadura que queda contenida en la botella. Podemos decir que son cervezas vivas, que evolucionan con el tiempo. La fermentación alcohólica es una manera tradicional de transformación de los alimentos para alargar su conservación que nos permite no adicionar ningún conservante artificial a la cerveza.

Nuestra micro cervecería está especializada en cervezas de la familia de las Ales o de alta fermentación, a diferencia de la mayoría de las producciones nacionales, que son de la familia de las Lager o de baja fermentación. Se recomienda beber nuestras cervezas, si bien frescas, menos frías que las Lager.
