Montseny Blat is a sessionable, refreshing Weissbier that emphasizes a delicate floral profile over the typical heavy yeast esters. While the grist of Pilsen and wheat malts provides a soft, doughy base with a touch of Caramalt sweetness, the sensory focus is the aromatic interplay of hops. The inclusion of Saaz delivers a distinctively floral and spicy nose, supported by the herbal and earthy nuances of Perle, Fuggles, and Celeia. At 4% ABV, it is lighter than a standard German wheat beer but retains the classic cloudy appearance and effervescent character expected of the style, finishing clean and crisp.
