Designed for the heat of summer, this Session IPA offers an exceptionally bright and refreshing sensory experience despite its low alcohol content. The aroma is dominated by the vibrant tropical fruit and berry notes of Mosaic and the sharp, citrus zest of Citra. A foundation of Pale Ale and Biscuit malts provides a delicate, cracker-like backbone with a touch of honeyed sweetness from Carahell. On the palate, a clean bitterness driven by Chinook transitions into a burst of grapefruit and floral blossoms. It finishes crisp and dry, emphasizing the aromatic complexity of its New World hops while maintaining a highly drinkable profile.
