Península Suede is a refreshing Hazy IPA that prioritizes a velvet-smooth texture and intricate hop layering. The use of Citra Lupomax drives intense citrus notes, while Cascade adds a classic floral and grapefruit brightness. Complex fruitiness, including hints of berry and stone fruit, emerges from the HBC 630, complemented by the herbal and melon-like nuances of Cashmere. Despite its sessionable ABV, it maintains a classic opaque appearance with a persistent white head. The profile is remarkably balanced, weaving together resinous undertones and an herbaceous finish that invites another sip, perfectly capturing the namesake through its supple, juice-forward character.
