This Double IPA is a focused exploration of Incógnito Citra, delivering a high-intensity sensory experience. The aroma presents layers of bright citrus, specifically grapefruit and lime, intertwined with deep resinous pine and a distinct herbal complexity. While monovarietal, the use of Kveik yeast provides a clean, slightly fruity backdrop that amplifies the hop saturation. On the palate, a supportive but neutral malt presence allows the potent hop oils to dominate, leading to a smooth, medium-full mouthfeel. The experience concludes with a firm, lingering bitterness and herbal aftertaste that balances the warmth of its 8.5% ABV.
