The sensory profile is dominated by intense tropical fruit esters, specifically ripe pineapple and tangerine, which provide a modern counterpoint to the style's rustic roots. A foundational grainy malt backbone provides structure, while the fermentation remains bone-dry and highly attenuated. Effervescent and refreshing, it balances its earthy and spicy farmhouse character with a bold, fruit-forward intensity that showcases the unique citrus-driven fermentation of the Hornidal strain.
