This Hazy Double IPA is a vibrant collaboration showcasing a dense, tropical fruit tapestry. The inclusion of Mosaic, Talus, and Citra, utilized in advanced formats like Incognito and Lupomax, delivers an explosion of resinous citrus and ripe stone fruit. Talus provides a unique signature of pink grapefruit and subtle dried rose petals, while Mosaic adds layers of dark berries and mango. The palate is defined by a soft, juicy texture typical of the modern style, supported by a clean malt base that allows the complex hop oils to dominate. It finishes with a smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a soft, lingering bitterness.
