Aurora is a vibrant and modern Double IPA that showcases a powerful hop quartet. The sensory profile is dominated by an intense double dry-hop presence, where the unique creamy coconut and tropical depth of Sabro meld seamlessly with the bright lime and mango notes of Citra. Chinook provides a necessary resinous backbone of pine and grapefruit, while El Dorado contributes further layers of sweet stone fruit and pineapple. Despite its 8% strength, the beer maintains a lean malt profile that allows the hops to lead. It finishes dry with a lingering bitterness and clean, integrated warmth, exemplifying a highly drinkable yet potent hop-forward experience.
