This collaborative American IPA showcases a vibrant marriage between modern hopping and traditional Norwegian fermentation. Fermented with the Svein Rivenes Voss kveik strain, the sensory profile is dominated by a punchy citrus character, notably dried orange peel and ripe marmalade, which beautifully complements the American hop additions. On the palate, a clean, grainy malt base allows bright tropical and resinous notes to lead into a crisp, dry finish. The high fermentation temperature of the Voss yeast adds a unique depth of fruity complexity that sets this apart from neutral-fermented ales, delivering a bright, aromatic, and refreshingly bitter experience.
