Península Sendero

Sendero is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop blend including Summit, Citra, Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, and Cashmere. It opens with an intense tropical bouquet of mango and passion fruit, driven by the Lupomax Citra and Lupomax Mosaic, while Cryo Simcoe adds a subtle resinous depth. The appearance is a signature opaque gold with a persistent, rocky white head. On the palate, the soft, pillowy body carries flavors of sweet citrus and melon, balanced by a restrained bitterness that highlights the juicy character. A clean, bready malt backbone provides structure, leading to a smooth, refreshing finish that emphasizes fruit complexity over harshness.
