This monumental Imperial Stout, a multi-brewery collaboration aged in Octomore barrels, presents an intimidating sensory profile defined by extreme depth and complexity. The aroma is dominated by aggressive peat smoke and medicinal iodine from the Islay scotch casks, layered over rich bittersweet chocolate and scorched espresso. At 17% ABV, the palate is exceptionally viscous, delivering intense flavors of dark fruit like figs and raisins alongside charred oak and earthy smoke.
