Zeta SuperHell reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern lens, aggressively amplifying the hop profile with a triple dose of Mosaic. On the pour, it displays a brilliant straw-gold hue topped by a dense, white foam. The aromatic intensity is high, dominated by the signature tropical fruit and citrus notes of the Mosaic hops, which overlay a delicate, grainy-sweet Pilsner malt foundation. On the palate, a sharp, assertive bitterness takes center stage, supported by a cracker-like malt character and a notably dry, crisp finish. This lager balances contemporary hop-forwardness with the refreshing, high-carbonation drinkability of a traditional pale lager.
