Zeta Salvatge is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases the unique biotransformations of Mosaic and Cascade hops. Fermented with a proprietary M73 yeast strain isolated from a local fig tree, it delivers an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus aromas. The pour is intensely hazy with a silky, protein-rich texture that underscores its Alboraya origin. Mosaic drives deep notes of blueberry and stone fruit, while Cascade adds a layer of grapefruit zest.
