Zeta Red Glow offers a vibrant sensory journey into the Southern Hemisphere, defining the New Zealand character of this Hazy IPA. It pours a pale orange with a characteristic opaque glow. Intense aromatics of stone fruit and tropical punch are driven by a massive 35 g/l dry-hop addition of Wai-iti, Rakau, Cryo Mosaic, and Galaxy. On the palate, a 'burly' and soft body carries layers of peach, passion fruit, and mango, supported by a neutral, bready malt backbone. The experience concludes with a delicate, clean citrus finish and a restrained bitterness that emphasizes the juice-like, hop-forward profile.
