This Hazy IPA is a saturated sensory exploration of oats and massive late-addition hops. Built on a unique grist of malted, roasted, and flaked oats, it presents a remarkably dense and silky texture that belies its sessionable 4.5% ABV. The aggressive 30 g/l dry-hop charge of Centennial and Mosaic delivers an explosion of tropical fruit, citrus, and resinous pine. The extreme hopping contributes to a distinctive, vibrant greenish-gold hue and a luminous, opaque haze. Expect a complex interplay between the earthy, toasted depth of the various oats and the high-intensity juice profile of the hops, finishing with a soft, restrained bitterness and clean fermentation.
