This effervescent Specialty IPA captures a minimalist aesthetic with its bone-dry, sparkling profile. Inspired by the San Francisco originals, it pours a brilliant yellow, unleashing a high-intensity hop bouquet. The double dry-hopping with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops delivers a vibrant array of blueberry, papaya, and citrus zest. Despite its 7% ABV, the palate is exceptionally crisp and lean, emphasizing a clean fermentation and a sharp, refreshing finish. The hop character remains at the forefront, balanced by a sophisticated, restrained bitterness and a deceptive lightness that defines the Brut IPA sub-style.
