This collaboration Specialty IPA delivers an exceptionally dry and crisp experience, showcasing a vibrant interplay of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Ekuanot hops. The aromatic profile is dominated by tropical fruit, citrus zest, and a touch of resinous pine, characteristic of these New World varieties. Despite its 7% ABV, the beer remains light on the palate with a clean, snappy finish and a firm yet pleasant bitterness.
