Speranto / Yria Ryephonic

This Specialty IPA delivers a vibrant sensory battle between the rustic qualities of rye and the bright, fruit-forward intensity of Cryo Amarillo hops. On the nose, citrusy bursts of sweet orange and tangerine mingle with a complex, spicy malt backbone reminiscent of toasted bread and cereal grain. The palate is defined by this same dynamic interplay, where the sharp, peppery bite of rye grain clashes beautifully with a wave of tropical stone fruit and resinous hop bitterness. Crisp and dry, it leaves a lingering trail of citrus peel and baking spice on the finish.
