Soma Yup is an assertive Double IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile. The aroma is dominated by the tropical pineapple and resinous notes of Idaho 7, complemented by the delicate white wine and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin. Wai-iti adds layers of ripe peach and fresh lime, while Chinook provides a grounding backbeat of pine and spicy grapefruit. This beer pours a brilliant deep gold with a persistent white head.
