This Double IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of modern hop character, where the aroma is dominated by the complex berry and tropical notes of Mosaic and Belma, reminiscent of ripe strawberries and blueberries. Idaho 7 Cryo adds a deeper layer of stone fruit and crushed pine, while a sturdy yet clean bitterness, anchored by Warrior, provides structure without overshadowing the nuanced melon and citrus flavors. Despite the 8% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a lean malt profile, allowing the hop-driven intensity to remain the focal point from the initial tropical burst through to a crisp, resinous, and lingering finish.
