This Double IPA, a collaboration with Yakima Chief, showcases a saturated hop profile driven by the punchy Cryo Pop blend alongside Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7. The aroma explodes with layers of overripe mango, zesty pink grapefruit, and sweet stone fruit, supported by a lean, bready malt base. On the palate, Mosaic and Idaho 7 deliver intense notes of tropical berries and pine, while Citra provides a bright citrus backbone. At 8% ABV, it maintains remarkable drinkability with a dry finish and a firm, clean bitterness that highlights the modern, oil-rich character of the selected hop varieties.
