The New Zealand influence is unmistakable as Riwaka introduces pungent passionfruit and a distinctive citrus depth, while Wakatu adds a refined lime zest and a touch of floral spice. Despite its 8% strength, the beer remains exceptionally lean and focused, featuring a clean, grainy malt character that ensures the hops remain the primary focus.
