Soma Stranges Times

Stranges Times is a vibrant Session IPA that defies its low alcohol content with a remarkably silky, full-bodied profile. The use of Idaho 7 in the whirlpool establishes a foundation of stone fruit and pine, while a heavy dry-hopping regimen of Citra Cryo and Mosaic T90 delivers an intense tropical and citrus explosion. Notes of mango, grapefruit, and blueberry leap from the glass. Despite the modest strength, the addition of maltodextrin and lactose creates a creamy, substantial mouthfeel usually reserved for much heavier ales. This is a refreshing yet complex beer that prioritizes hop saturation and a luxurious texture.
