This Double IPA presents an intense, multilayered hop profile driven by the combination of Meridian CGX, Strata, and Rakau. The sensory experience opens with a vibrant burst of passion fruit and strawberry from the Strata, quickly complemented by the distinctive apricot and orchard fruit notes characteristic of Rakau. Meridian CGX sharpens the focus with bright tropical highlights and a hint of berry. A lean, neutral malt backbone ensures the hop oils remain the focal point, leading into a crisp, dry finish. While the 8% ABV provides a structural warmth, the beer remains highly drinkable with a firm, resinous bitterness that lingers pleasantly without harshness.
