This Hazy IPA presents an invitingly opaque profile defined by a synergy of Citra and Kohatu hops. Citra brings a bright, punchy citrus layer of grapefruit and lime zest, while Kohatu introduces unique notes of fresh tropical pineapple and a subtle hint of crushed pine needles. The aroma is highly intense, leaping from the glass with stone fruit esters. On the palate, the experience is notably soft and smooth as the name suggests, featuring a bready, wheaty malt base that cushions a restrained bitterness.
