This Double IPA bursts with a vibrant, juice-forward profile driven by an expressive trio of Southern Hemisphere hops. Nectaron leads with intense waves of sun-ripened peach and nectarine, while Rakau adds layers of bruised apricot and tropical fruit. Waimea provides a bright citrus top note and a subtle, resinous pine depth that anchors the aromatic intensity. Despite its 8% ABV strength, the beer remains remarkably approachable, showcasing a soft, supportive malt backbone that stays in the background to allow the lupulin-heavy character of Nectaron, Rakau, and Waimea to shine. It concludes with a smooth, firm bitterness and a clean, lingering tropical finish typical of a modern Double IPA.
