Soma Post Show Blues

Soma’s Post Show Blues is an expressive Double IPA that masterfully layers New Zealand and American hop profiles. The aromatic profile is dominated by the signature white grape and crushed gooseberry of Nelson Sauvin, complemented by the bright, zesty lime of Motueka. Southern Cross provides a grounded resinous pine backbone, while Idaho 7 contributes complex layers of overripe stone fruit and subtle black tea. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability through a lean, neutral malt structure that highlights the hops without cloying sweetness. It concludes with a firm, clean bitterness and a dry, lingering tropical finish.
