This Double IPA is a vibrant showcase of modern hop intensity, led by the tropical punch of Nectaron and the complex stone fruit characteristics of HBC 586. Pouring a deep gold with a persistent white head, it delivers an aromatic explosion of ripe pineapple, mango, and resinous pine. The addition of Idaho 7 brings an earthy citrus depth, while Mosaic Cryo provides concentrated notes of blueberry and passionfruit. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base allows the firm bitterness to shine without harshness. The finish is remarkably dry and crisp for its 8% strength, offering a lingering resinous aftertaste and smooth alcohol warmth.
