Noise Era is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an intensive hop profile led by Citra, Citra Cryo, and Mosaic. These varieties deliver a punch of grapefruit, tropical mango, and subtle blueberry notes. The addition of Idaho 7 Cryo introduces a resinous pine and stone fruit depth, while HBC 630 rounds out the profile with unique raspberry and cherry-like berry esters. Beneath this hop intensity, a clean, neutral malt base allows the aromatics to dominate. Despite its 8% strength, the finish remains crisp and dry, highlighting a firm yet smooth bitterness that ensures exceptional drinkability without the heavy malt sweetness or body of a barleywine.
