This Session IPA offers a vibrant, hop-forward experience despite its approachable strength. A bright profile of tropical fruit and dank resin is driven by a heavy-handed addition of Strata, Idaho 7, and Mosaic hops. The Strata provides layers of passion fruit and herbal dankness, while Idaho 7 contributes pine and stone fruit notes, and Mosaic rounds it out with citrus zest and berry. Supported by a lean, bready malt backbone, its crisp, dry finish and moderate bitterness ensure high drinkability. It balances the pungent intensity of its hops with a clean fermentation and a refreshing, nimble mouthfeel.
