Soma Night Watch

This Double IPA presents a powerful olfactory journey driven by a trio of powerhouse hops. Mosaic Cryo leads with concentrated notes of ripe blueberry and tropical papaya, while Strata adds a layer of passionfruit and a subtle, dank complexity. The addition of Nelson Sauvin provides a sophisticated finish of crushed white grapes and gooseberry. Despite its 8% ABV, the beer remains exceptionally drinkable with a lean, pale malt base that stays out of the way of the hop onslaught. It pours a deep gold with a resilient white head, delivering a crisp, firm bitterness that underscores its assertive, resinous character.
