A dominant sensory profile of crushed white grapes and tropical gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin and Super Sauvin takes center stage, accented by the zesty tangelo and fresh pine resin of Waimea. The experience is defined by these vibrant aromatics, which mask a clean, neutral malt base that provides just enough structure without adding weight. It pours with a persistent white head over a pale gold body. The palate follows the nose with sharp tropical fruit and a firm, clean bitterness that lingers into a dry, refreshing finish despite its strength.
