This Double IPA delivers an intense aromatic punch driven by a sophisticated blend of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Motueka hops. It leads with vibrant layers of ripe blueberry and tropical melon from the Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo varieties, seamlessly transitioning into bright grapefruit and lime zest notes contributed by the Citra and Motueka. A clean, neutral malt base allows these bold New World hop characters to shine, balanced by a firm, assertive bitterness that remains smooth.
