Soma Green Fields

Soma Green Fields is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an expressive hop profile led by Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, and Citra. It opens with an intense bouquet of crushed white grapes and gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin, layered over deep tropical notes of mango and citrus zest provided by Citra. The inclusion of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo adds a complex dimension of blueberry and subtle resinous pine. While the 8.5% ABV provides a smooth, warming backbone, the malt remains clean and unobtrusive, ensuring the focus remains on the saturated hop flavors. It finishes remarkably dry with a firm, lingering bitterness and high drinkability.
