This Triple IPA rendition of a Double IPA presents an explosive sensory profile defined by its powerhouse trio of Riwaka, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo hops. The aroma is dominated by an intense bouquet of passionfruit and distinctive diesel-dankness from the Riwaka, while the Mosaic Cryo and Citra add layers of blueberry, bright grapefruit, and resinous pine. On the palate, high-alpha hop oils deliver saturated tropical fruit flavors of mango and lime, supported by a clean, neutral malt backbone. Despite its 10% ABV, the beer maintains drinkability, finishing medium-dry with a lingering, firm bitterness and a warming, smooth alcohol presence.
