The experience begins with an intense burst of passion fruit and bright grapefruit, quickly followed by the distinctive sweet strawberry and tropical dankness associated with Strata. Idaho 7 rounds out the profile with underlying notes of pine resin and stone fruit. While the hop intensity is high, it is supported by a clean, neutral malt base that keeps the focus on the fruit-forward character. The finish is crisp and dry, emphasizing a lingering, punchy bitterness without any harshness.
