This Double IPA presents a vivid exploration of modern hop intensity, centered on the synergistic blend of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Idaho 7. The aroma explodes with layers of ripe blueberry and tropical papaya from the Mosaic, bolstered by the concentrated resinous pine and stone fruit notes of Idaho 7. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base allows these hops to shine, delivering flavors of citrus zest and black tea with a firm, integrated bitterness.
