This Double IPA presents a lush, modern sensory profile driven by a complex blend of Azacca Cryo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Motueka hops. The aroma is a saturated tropical bouquet of mango and pineapple from the Azacca Cryo, accented by the zesty lime of Motueka and the multifaceted berry and stone fruit notes characteristic of Mosaic. On the palate, Simcoe provides a grounding pine and passion fruit depth.
