This Double IPA presents an explosive sensory profile driven by a potent blend of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Ekuanot Cryo hops. The initial aromatic impact is dominated by a fusion of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright lime zest, underpinned by Simcoe’s signature resinous pine. On the palate, Mosaic contributes layers of blueberry and stone fruit, while Citra delivers a sharp citrus punch. Despite the high bitterness and concentrated hop oils from the Ekuanot Cryo, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a lean, clean malt backbone. A dry, lingering finish ensures the tropical and coniferous notes persist long after the last sip.
