SOMA Beer Sundaze

Sundaze is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile through a collaboration with La Pirata. The Nectaron hops lead the sensory experience with intense nectarine and peach stone fruit, while Nelson adds elegant notes of crushed white wine grapes and gooseberry. Citra rounds out the profile with bright grapefruit and tropical mango. The beer presents a signature juicy character with a soft, pillowy texture and a luminous, golden opacity. The malt remains a supportive, bready backdrop, allowing the massive hop intensity and subtle fruity esters to shine through a finish characterized by restrained bitterness and lingering tropical fruit sweetness.
