The palate mirrors this aromatic onslaught, layering crushed gooseberry and passion fruit over sweet red berry and candied lime against a supportive backdrop of flaked oats and wheaty grist. A mild, rounded hop bitterness counterbalances the fruity saturation without harsh hop burn, leading into an off-dry, tropical finish true to the Hazy IPA style.
