SOMA Beer Mycelium

Poured with an opaque golden-yellow glow, this Hazy IPA releases massive waves of tropical fruit and pungent citrus. Citra brings pungent pink grapefruit and lime zest to the forefront, while Mosaic contributes dank blueberries and ripe papaya. Fresh pine needles and crushed tropical lime emerge from the inclusion of Kohatu hops. A low-profile, bready, flaked-grain grist supports the saturated hop saturation without cloaking the hop character in sweetness. The palate delivers rounded mango and citrus oil across an off-dry finish with restrained, polite bitterness, leaving an enduring impression of pure hop nectar without astringency.
