SOMA Beer Launch

This Double IPA showcases a vibrant Southern Hemisphere hop profile, led by the intense aromatics of Motueka Cryo, Motueka, and Nelson. It pours a brilliant deep gold with a resilient white head. The sensory experience is dominated by bright lime zest and fresh lemon from the Motueka, beautifully complemented by the distinctive crushed gooseberry and white wine notes of Nelson. At 8% ABV, a smooth alcohol warmth supports a lean, cracker-like malt backbone. The finish is strikingly dry and clean, featuring a firm but polished bitterness that highlights the complex interplay of tropical fruit and citrus oils.
