A burst of ripe passionfruit and peach from Nectaron mingles with lime zest delivered by Citra and Motueka. This Double IPA showcases orchard apricot notes lent by Rakau alongside guava and sweet citrus from Krush, all grounded by an unobtrusive, cracker-like malt backbone. Pale gold in the glass with a frothy white head, it delivers assertive hop bitterness counterbalanced by a measured 8% ABV ethanol warmth. The palate finishes dry and firmly bitter, leaving resinous pine, tropical fruit, and citrus rind flavors without heavy residual sweetness or hop astringency.
