This Hazy IPA presents a lush, tropical sensory profile driven by a vibrant blend of Southern Hemisphere hops. The presence of Galaxy delivers intense waves of passionfruit and peach, while Motueka contributes a bright, zesty lime character reminiscent of a fresh mojito. Wai-iti completes the aromatic profile with delicate notes of apricot and stone fruit. At 6.5% ABV, the beer features a signature glowing, opaque appearance and a pillowy, soft texture. A subtle, bready malt base supports the massive hop saturation, leading to a smooth finish with restrained bitterness and a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste.
