This Double IPA presents an intense, modern sensory profile driven by a saturated hop character. The influence of Nelson and Nectaron hops creates a vibrant, layered experience, weaving together aromas of crushed white wine grapes, gooseberry, and a bouquet of ripe stone fruits like peach and nectarine. A supportive but unobtrusive grainy malt backbone allows the hops to shine, while the fermentation remains clean. Despite its 8% ABV, the finish is remarkably dry and crisp, with a lingering, firm bitterness and a touch of tropical passionfruit on the exhale.
